A talk by DR.ANAND KUMAR on WORLD LIVER DAY (19.04.2024) to raise awareness about liver-related diseases and the importance of liver health. He said the pay attention to the following-
1-Have a balanced diet of grains, protien, milk, friuts, vegetables and fat.
2-Intake fibre rich food such as bran,nuts, vegetables, fruits.
3-Immunuzation with Hepatitis A & Hepatitis C vaccination.
4-Garlic, turmeric, grapes, raddish, apples, green leafy vegetables are healthy for liver.
5-Green tea, millets, cabbage, lemon should be used.
6-Be physically active by excercise and yoga.
7-Control obesity and Diebetes.
8-Have home cooked food and avoid junk food.
9-Avoid smoking and alcohol.
