HE SAID THAT POOR SLEEP IS ASSOCIATED WITH ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. IT CAN CAUSE CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITIONS LIKE OBESITY, DIABETES AND HEART DISEASE.
SLEEP IS ESSINTIAL FOR MEMMORY CONSOLIDATION, LEARNING, PROMBLEM SOLVING, DESCISION MAKING AND EMOTION REGULATIONS.
A 6-7 HRS OF SLEEP IN A DAY IS NESCESSARY FOR HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
