Chief Complaints : 1-Initially she developed small acne over face and forehead. She was ignorant and used to puncture them which resulted in post acne scars. Soon the acne increased in number and sizes and spread to shoulders, upper chest and back. 2-She has blackheads and whiteheads all over her face and forehead. 3-She had been avoiding public meetings because of her chronic acne.

Follow up 8- Acne lesions have reduced by 90% over face. No blackheads and whiteheads were seen. Post acne scars have healed by 50%.

Follow up 9- No acne lesions over face. Post acne scars healed by 70%.
