Patient Presentation : Patient visited Dr. Sohan Lal Clinic to get the treatment for his chronic skin disease. He is referred by his uncle.

Chief Complaints : 1-Intense itching, redness and swelling of skin over body parts for 2 years. On examination, Dr. Anand Kumar noticed itching, erythema, oedema, oozing and crusting of skin. Pruritus is the hallmark of it. He diagnosed that he is suffering from Atopic Dermatitis (eczema), thus he should avoid contact with irritants.

Follow up 1- Status Quo. Explanation, reassurance, and encouragement.

Follow up 2- 10 % decline in itching, redness and swelling of skin.

Follow up 3- 20 % relief in his complaints.

Follow up 4- Itching increased as he came in contact with irritants. But other symptoms did not show much increase.

Follow up 5- Moderate itching, redness and swelling of skin. About 40% relief in all his complaints.

Follow up 6- Dr. Anand Kumar had to again reassure and encourage the patient.

Follow up 7-60% relief in his complaints. No swelling, oozing or crusting of skin.

Follow up 8-80% relief in itching and redness. Skin looks healthy and smooth.

Follow up 9-Mild itching and scratching.

Follow up 10- Patient asymptomatic.
