Chief Complaints : 1-Chronic skin infection starting from groins and extending to the inner aspect of the thighs, genitals, and gluteal regions. Dr. Anand Kumar examined the patient and noticed that the skin lesions are circinate (hence the term ‘ringworm’), erythematous pruritic papules, which enlarge to form a ring. The borders were irregular, raised and active. His diagnosis was ringworm disease or tinea corporis

Follow up 1-No further spread of lesions. 15% decrease in the pruritic papules and less erythema.

Follow up 2-25% decrease in the pruritic papules and mild erythema.

Follow up 3-50% decrease in pruritic papules and no erythema. He has no lesions over his genitals and gluteal region.

Follow up 4- Patient is responding well to his treatment.

Follow up 5- 80% decrease in his ringworm disease.

Follow up 6-Patient asymptomatic.
